Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, and intended for personal use, we do not accept returns once an item has been opened or used. This helps us ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality for all customers.


What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to help 💛
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement at no additional cost to you or your money back.


What if I don’t like the scent?

Scent preference is very personal. While we can’t accept returns for scent dissatisfaction, we encourage customers to:

  • Read scent descriptions carefully
  • Reach out before purchasing if you have sensitivities or questions

We’re always happy to help you choose a scent that feels right.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase, as long as production has not begun.


Once an order is in production or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued if:

  • An item is unavailable and cannot be replaced, or
  • A damaged/incorrect order cannot be resolved with a replacement

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.


Are your products final sale?

Yes. Due to the nature of natural skincare and body products, all sales are considered final once shipped, except in cases of damage or fulfillment errors.
